Installation method: When installing, pay attention to keeping the ship door upright. After confirming the position, try to see if the door closes properly and whether the size of the inner and outer sides is appropriate. After confirming the position, you can reinforce it. According to different specifications of fire doors, general reinforcement methods can be divided into three types:
1) Single wall: The reinforcement method is directly installed in the top and bottom grooves, and the thickness of the door frame is suitable for the width of the top and bottom grooves. After installation, self-tapping screws are used to reinforce the top and bottom grooves to ensure the position of the fire door.
2) Double enclosure wall: Generally, it appears in places such as the cab, where there is a composite cotton board on one side and a steel enclosure wall on the other side. The installation is reinforced by surrounding screws and nuts.
3) Triple wall: generally appear in the part of the ship with its own steel wall. There are two layers of composite rock wool board inside and outside. The reinforcement is to fix the fire door by welding when the composite rock wool board is not installed.
Matters needing attention during installation:
The technical content required for single-wall and double-wall installation is not much. When installing the triple-wall, pay attention to the welding temperature during welding and maintain the temperature to avoid excessive temperature and deformation of the door frame.
