(1) The board should have sufficient strength and flatness.

(2) Clarify the types of linings, ceilings, wall panels, and floating floors, and require relevant ship inspection certificates.

(3) The materials used in the kitchen and pantry should have special instructions.

(4) Description of the fire rating of the board.

(5) The surface of the board should be pasted with a protective film, and there should be no delamination.

(6) During the process of loading and transportation, the plates should be adequately protected and should not be damaged; the product packaging should be conducive to forklift transportation, hoisting and installation on the ship.

(7) Manufacturers are required to provide free on-site installation guidance services.

(8) Product samples are submitted to shipyards and shipowners for approval, including PVC color cards, skirting lines, etc.

(9) The quality of the surface PVC should be guaranteed, and there should be no defects such as cavitation, color difference and discoloration; the rock wool and the steel plate should be firmly glued, and no layer separation phenomenon should be allowed.

(10) The edge grooves at the end of the plate should be made by a unified mold to maintain a good installation flatness, and the plate and the frame should be firm and elastic.

(11) The seller shall design the production design drawings of the walls and ceilings according to the cabin layout drawings provided by the buyer, and send them to the buyer for approval after completion.

(12) 3% spare parts shall be provided for each component and board.

(13) The wall panels for installing washbasins, toilets and storm handrails shall be partially reinforced, and the form of reinforcement shall be approved.

(14) Labels should be affixed to each board, indicating board specifications, color card numbers, and room numbers.

(15) The plates are packaged and shipped according to the deck layer.

(16) The type and parameters of the high sound insulation board should be confirmed by the shipyard.

(17) The sound insulation value of wall panels and ceilings should be provided with a test report from an authoritative organization, and the sound insulation value of the aluminum weathertight outer wall door should not be lower than the requirements of the relevant flag country regulations.

(18) The type of elastic connecting members of the ceiling should be confirmed by the shipyard.
